Flower Pattern

More fabric designed! I am fairly obsessed with double exposures. Last summer I traveling around barefoot in suburbia, capturing rusted fences and worn wicker. It was spring, and crocuses and dandelions were at my disposal. I would shoot one roll then rewind and do it all again. For my textiles classes we were given the chance to create our own fabric so I scanned these darling photos in and arranged them in the pattern below.




I will admit the encad printer did take some creative liberty in terms of color, (cough OVER SATURATION cough), but what you see is what you get. I made a very unique architectural circle dress, which will hopefully be photographed soon. I will post ASAP, but I am still in the process of wrestling said garments from the clutches of a university closet. Wish me luck!
